Simple Mac and Cheese

2 Cups Macaroni
2 cups cheese- I used whatever I had at the house: colby jack, string cheese, and Cheddar.
1 cup milk
1 Tbl Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste

Boil Macaroni as directed on package to Al Dente. ( this was around 7 minutes) Drain water and pour milk into pot. Stir in Cheese and seasoning and cook until milk condenses. You will need to keep stirring because the cheese will settle on the bottom and burn.
